JOB DESCRIPTION

• Able to coordinate with design and installation teams, suppliers and contractors to unsure operation objectives are met.
• Assistance and support with project planning, design, logistic arrangement and project administration.
• Handle multiple projects and briefs from internal management and coordinate externally with suppliers and contractors.
• Support sourcing and purchasing process for the company regarding rental and custom projects.
• On site coordination between client, suppliers, contractors and installation teams.
• Other ad hoc duties as requested

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma or above
• 2-3 years building / design / events experience. Exposure to the HK events industry is a plus
• Fluent in Cantonese and English important
• Solutions orientated approach
• Pro-active and practical with a high attention to detail
• Experience in a methodical application of business systems  
• Good organization and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a team of multi cultural environment as well as independently
• Proficient in MS Office applications

* Less experienced candidates will be considered for the role Project Coordinator.
