Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Able to coordinate with design and installation teams, suppliers and contractors to unsure operation objectives are met.
- Assistance and support with project planning, design, logistic arrangement and project administration.
- Handle multiple projects and briefs from internal management and coordinate externally with suppliers and contractors.
- Support sourcing and purchasing process for the company regarding rental and custom projects.
- On site coordination between client, suppliers, contractors and installation teams.
- Other ad hoc duties as requested
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher Diploma or above
- 2-3 years building / design / events experience. Exposure to the HK events industry is a plus
- Fluent in Cantonese and English important
- Solutions orientated approach
- Pro-active and practical with a high attention to detail
- Experience in a methodical application of business systems
- Good organization and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a team of multi cultural environment as well as independently
- Proficient in MS Office applications
