• Minimum 10-15 years of experience handling large scale mixed-use type projects with a focus on public space retail design
• Ability to work independently is critical
• Able to organize and direct a design team, be client facing and have design flair that demonstrates an in depth awareness of international trends
• Good command of oral and written English and Mandarin
