Our Client, a world-class Design Studio, specializing in interior design and fit-out projects for high-end hospitality and residential projects in Hong Kong and around the world is currently looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with over 8 years of hospitality interior design and management experience to join their Hong Kong studio.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior Management team
• Lead the design team to deliver design concept to project completion
• Collaborate on hospitality interiors projects, including programming, client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and management of budgets and schedules
• Provide project team coordination for finish plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction

Requirements:

• Min. 8 years of interior design with hospitality and project management experience
• Proven track record in the hotel and mixed-use project, experience taking projects from design concept to completion
• Familiar with planning, design & execution, project management, material sourcing, selection and pricing in local market
• Exceptional design ability and proven track record in developing long-term client relationships
• Strong leadership skills and technical knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency computer software skills in  AutoCAD, Adobe CS and SketchUp
• Fluent in spoken and written English
