The incumbent is responsible for providing customer service and management support in the course of the Building Improvement works of a commercial and office tower, and to coordinate with project consultants, management office, building contractor and owners/tenants.

Job Duties:

• Ensure the property in a secure and tidy environment when carrying out the Building Improvement Works
• Liaise with owners/tenants for the project planning and phasing as well as prioritization of the Building Improvements Works
• Coordinate with project consultants, building contractor and management office
• Arrange deployment of additional security and cleaning staff for both day and night shift during the construction period
• Attend emergent cases and support ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Property Management / Facility Management or relevant disciplines
• Familiar with DMC, BMO and tenancy management
• Good customer service skills and able to handle owners/tenants independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
