Job duties:

• Generate ideas of business & channel development strategy and programs so as to maximize business opportunities
• Work closely with product teams and segment marketing teams when product and program launch
• Initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhancing service standard
• Formulate and manage sales incentive program
• Manage sales activity calendar of branch channels

Job requirements:

• University graduate, preferably major in Business Administration or Business related subjects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking industry, preferably with experience in channel management or sales management
• Good knowledge in loans and general banking products and services
• Hands-on skills in Excel and have strong analytical skills.
• Detail-minded and have good communication skills

Applicants for the above position must be proficient in written & spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) & English, and be competent in other skills in MS Office such as Word and PowerPoint application also.
