Responsibilities

• Assisting the Supervisor in claims handling
• Registering and updating claims
• Handling direct customer enquiries
• Handling claims on certain lines (on-job training provided)
• Clerical works, data entry

Requirements 

• F.6 or above with at least one year of office working experience
• Working experience in GI claims will be an advantage
• A higher position may be offered to applicant with added claims handling experience
• An organized team player with good sense of responsibility
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal & communication skill
• Reasonable knowledge in MS Office application and Chinese typing
