You will explore the rapidly growing international LED lighting market for new opportunities, customers, technologies and applications. The role requires an outgoing, motivated and flexible person that wants to learn and grow with the position. Candidates with sufficient background and experience will be considered for a Marketing Manager position. This role is based at our HK headquarters on the Science Park in Shatin and will require regular travel to visit customers and partners.

 Key responsibilities

• Grow RediSem’s LED driver IC business through effective marketing
• Promote RediSem’s LED driver solutions in the China and international markets
• Identify new opportunites and markets through market research and analysis
• Develop and maintain compelling marketing materials – presentations, articles, technical document
• Support RediSem’s distributors and representatives

 Experience required:

• Technical background: Degree or higher level in Electronic Engineering / Electrical Engineering – preferably from a HK University
• 2 years experience in a technical support, sales or marketing role – preferably in AC/DC LED lighting
• Proven track record of business growth through effective marketing or technical support
• Creation of attractive marketing or technical materials – documents and on-line
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Ability to work independently and travel when required
