Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of nurse for daily smooth operation and administration functions
  • Work closely with the team to resolve issues and escalations
  • Achieve the performance standard in delivering consistent and quality customer service
  • Maintain good customer relationship
  • Provide relevant training to the team on customer service

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree/ High Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • 5 years customer service experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory role
  • Prior experience in medical service industry will be an advantage
  • Service oriented, energetic, cheerful with strong communication skills
