Customer Service Executive (5 Days)
Our client is awell-established corporation. Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are now looking for talented individuals to join the professional team.
Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls to handle enquiries and complaints
- Establish good customer relationship by providing one-stop customer care services
- Resolve customer’s complaints with a positive attitude
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
Requirements:
-
Post-secondary education or equivalent
- 1-2 year’s customer service experience, focusing in frontline customer interaction, hotel environment
- Good spoken & written English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Basic PC knowledge and good typing skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline and detail-minded ;
