Customer Service Executive (5 Days)

Our client is awell-established corporation. Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are now looking for talented individuals to join the professional team.

Job Description: 

• Handle inbound calls to handle enquiries and complaints
• Establish good customer relationship by providing one-stop customer care services
• Resolve customer’s complaints with a positive attitude
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

 Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent

• 1-2 year’s customer service experience, focusing in frontline customer interaction, hotel environment
• Good spoken & written English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Basic PC knowledge and good typing skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline and detail-minded ;
