Job Description

We are now looking for talents who have strong communication skills and problem solving skills, to serve and supports guests around the world.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer services in a professional and genuine manner
  • Support all calls with enquires including fare quotations, booking reservation and answer general enquires
  • Liaise with manager on customer service issues and complains for future improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service at  Airport, Airline, Hotel or Travel industry.
  • Show passion in developing own career and understanding in providing great Customer Services
  • Strong command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Flexible to work on shift timetable and weekends

Job Offered:

  • 8.5 working hours plus 1 hour break
  • 5 working days per week shift
  • 14 days paid annual leave
