Job Description

To cope with the rapid business growth of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging service, we are looking for an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join our Energy Services Branch of CLP Engineering Limited. Reporting to the Project Manager, the appointee will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead and supervise frontline workers and contractors to carry out installation and maintenance works and complete projects effectively
  • Coordinate with clients to plan, schedule and set up proper procedures and precautions to meet the technical requirements and deliver the works on schedule
  • Conduct site checks to ensure work quality, safety standards and good housekeeping practices are maintained at work sites
  • Carry out pre-testing and commissioning, corrective and preventive maintenance for customer installed systems
  • Implement and monitor the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) systems to ensure that the required standards are achieved
  • Handle emergency call and attend to the site within pre-determined service level

 Requirements:

  • A recognized university degree in Building Services or Electrical Engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Solid experience in engineering projects installation and maintenance works would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of CLP SHEQ requirements would be an added advantage
  • Customer-oriented, self-motivated, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Possession of Construction Worker Registration Card and Construction Industry Safety Card
  • Candidate with a valid driving license (1 or 2) is preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Engineer
