We are looking for :

• A dynamic Team Head, and a good Coordinator for management of projects and product development;
• Good sense developer with solid experience in product development;
• Background in printing and packaging product is highly preferred;
• Know-how in garment accessories like RF/RFID tags, paper hangtags, printed labels, woven labels or related product is highly preferred;
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization ability and problem-solving capability;
• Proficiency in Excel with good cost calculation concept;
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and leadership;
• Good command of spoken and written English is a MUST;
• Fluency in spoken and written French is preferred;
• Willing to travel China or overseas if required

Your Missions :

• To supervise the Development Department (6-7 person) covering functions of :

- Sourcing & Procurement

- Pre-press & Design

- Costing

- Methods & Process

• Receive and work on project/product development requests from Sales Team;
• Manage / Verification of product specification, manufacturing details and cost analysis;
• Manage / Verification supplier sourcing, supplier audit and product QC;
• To work with product engineering team on technical aspect;
• Provide technical support/presentation to customers when requires;
• Implement methods & process through our international branches;
• Improve team performance by improving/implementing necessary tools (internal);
• Report to the Managing Director
