Responsibilities:

• Supervise the project teams and perform project coordination on global voice and data services’ projects delivery
• Handle VIP customers
• Interface with international carriers for project status update and regular report on service provisioning
• Coordinate end-to-end testing on transmission link, acceptance testing on IP services and bundle equipment
• Handle daily service provisioning and coordination work with internal departments and external vendors/ suppliers

Requirements: 

• Degree in Engineering/ IT or related disciplines
• Over 5 years’ relevant project experiences in telecom/ IT industry, either fixed network or mobile service experience will be considered
• Knowledge of international cable system and transmission, international data services including IPLC, IPVPN, IE, EoSDH and IP Transit, is preferred
• Holder of PMP is an advantage
• Good networking and relationship with carriers and equipment vendors is an advantage
• Independent, initiative and able to work flexible hours
• Willing to travel and work out of office if necessary
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and proficient in Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Specialist
