Job Description
We are now looking for talents with solid CS experience at Airport/Airline/Hotel/Travel Industry, passionate to build career in professional CS/Travel/Tourism Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support all calls from customers worldwide with one-stop service including fare quotations, reserving flights and bookings
- Handling general enquires and complains with luxurious standard service
- Liaise with team manager on customer service issues and complains for future improvement
Requirements:
- Have experience in travel/airline/hospitality/call centre industry would be an advantage.
- Show passion in developing own career in providing Best Customer Services
- Show strong communication and problem solving skills
- Able to work in flexible time shift schedule but no need night shift
- Strong command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
