- Assist guests in checking-in and checking-out
- Provide information to guests’ enquiries
- Patrol hotel premises in order to ensure the safety of the guests
- Offer concierge service to guests
Job Requirement

Diploma holder in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Management or related disciplines

Knowledge of Opera system is preferred

Multi skills in administration and operations tasks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are also considered

Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit would be an advantage

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Service Officer
