Requirements:

• Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures
• Cost Control & Supplier negotiation skills
• Good communication skill
• Relevant experience in French cuisine
• Knowledge of food hygiene and preparation techniques
• Hard working, enthusiastic, organized and reliable with ability to work under pressure
• More experience considered for higher grading position 
• Must Have HK ID
