Job Description
We are currently looking for Sous Chef in hotel's Main Kitchen, Commissary Production and All Day Dining Kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in respective kitchen, according to the standards required by the management
- To constantly be physically involved in all phases of the daily operation requirements
- To maximize productivity and maintaining harmony among all food production employees in a fair and impartial way
- To conduct training classes for staff to develop their skills / new menu items
Experiences and skills required
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in international hotel chain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
