• Assist to plan tour itinerary professionally and efficiently
• Answer inquiries and give sound advice to customers
• Contact local and overseas suppliers, car rental, hotels, etc

Job Requirements

• Secondary level or above, preferably with tourism background (*Fresh graduates are welcome*)
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
• Knowledge on Abacus and Galileo
• Good PC literacy
• Good communication, interpersonal & customer service skill
