Technical Officer/ IT Support

• ​To provide technical support and maintenance services including software, desktop​​, hardware, inventory list and solve all computer problems.
• ​To prepare, install and set up the user workstations and computers
• ​To ​perform ​system monitoring and performance checking

• Higher Diploma or above in I.T. related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Good knowledge in help desk services 
• Good problem solving skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in ​Cantonese​
• Solid experience in Linux server and Active Directory environment are advantages
