Senior System Engineer (Support)

Major SI company in Hong Kong seeking candidate/s who will provide support to mid-size to enterprise customers in HK

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• UNIX and Oracle DB setup and maintenance
• Support mid-size/enterprise customers in a holistic manner
• Obtain overall understanding customer's IT infrastructure pertaining to agreed support areas
• Organize support and upgrade actions by reflecting knowledge of customer's environment
• Proactively suggest potential areas of improvement, both from customer's perpective and towards better service provision
