Our Client is a Top Tier Global Asset Management Firm with a Scrum team in APAC. They are currently looking for a Scrum/Agile Specialist to join their newly developed team to oversee all Middle to Back Office projects on the buy side

Duties:

• Contribute in analysis, design, development and testing through the sprint cadence 
• Stakeholders management – work closely with them to understand the requirements to ensure product/project delivery within the planned schedule
• Work with Product Owners and other Scrum/Agile specialists 
• Maintain close relationship between IT and different business units
• Business Process Re-engineering, improvement, gap analysis and change management
• Promote agile and continuous delivery best practices 
• Data Warehouse improvement, data modelling and analysis

Requirements:

• ŸBachelor Degree or above
• 8 years in Business analysis on the Buy Side 
• Experience in Agile/Scrum is highly preferably
• Strong with Data driven projects 
• Good written English and able to travel
• Fluent in English
