Overview

Fusion Systems is seeking an IT POS Manager to join our team while this position will be supporting one of our clients at their off-site premise.  

Responsibilities

• Understand the global systems solutions from London IT teams relevant to store operations and POS, to a level where they can build and configure IT devices in the stores in Asia.
• Manage the key vendor(s) to work out the outsourcing deployment model and implement across the Asia Region.
• Provide technical expertise and support to Asia project teams.
• Ensure the retail test environment is maintained and kept up to date.
• Ensure systems are fully tested and operating in accordance with functional requirements prior to deployment.
• Ensure software changes are validated, tested, and subsequently deployed without issue.

Requirements 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese – Mandarin a plus
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Relevant business or IT experience, ideally in Luxury Retail or Consumer products industries preferred.
• POS application knowledge. Previous experience of Clarity (Omnico) or Epicor POS systems will be an advantage.
• Experience of POS builds, deployment technology and software distribution.
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem solving
• Willing to learn new technologies and solutions
