Job Description

Our client, a Japanese IT solution provider, is seeking a Customer Support Manager to join their team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Engineers on both infrastructure project tasks and support tasks to MNC clients in the industries of banking, finance, logistics, supply chain and retail
  • Oversee the IT infrastructure and end-user computing
  • Manage the responsiveness and commitment in accordance with SLA
  • Provide LAN/WAN and remote support to end users, and administration support on infrastructure
  • Handle customer complaints and constantly evaluate quality and performance of all IT infrastructure and provide recommendations for improvements

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in IT
  • 5 years or above experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, support and troubleshooting in MS environments
  • Solid experience in providing customer support on IT infrastructure and solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows server, MS office, VM, Exchange
  • Sound knowledge in Network and IT security
  • Knowledge in Unix, Linux and Mac OS X is highly preferable
  • Fluent Cantonese, English
  • Fluent Japanese is definitely an advantage
