Job Description
Our client, a Japanese IT solution provider, is seeking a Customer Support Manager to join their team
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Engineers on both infrastructure project tasks and support tasks to MNC clients in the industries of banking, finance, logistics, supply chain and retail
- Oversee the IT infrastructure and end-user computing
- Manage the responsiveness and commitment in accordance with SLA
- Provide LAN/WAN and remote support to end users, and administration support on infrastructure
- Handle customer complaints and constantly evaluate quality and performance of all IT infrastructure and provide recommendations for improvements
Job Requirements:
- Degree in IT
- 5 years or above experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, support and troubleshooting in MS environments
- Solid experience in providing customer support on IT infrastructure and solutions
- Excellent knowledge of Windows server, MS office, VM, Exchange
- Sound knowledge in Network and IT security
- Knowledge in Unix, Linux and Mac OS X is highly preferable
- Fluent Cantonese, English
- Fluent Japanese is definitely an advantage
