Job Summary

• State Street is looking for a project manager / senior business analyst for a 6 months contract role.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• The role will have project management and business analysis responsibilities as well as helping to test new system functionality.

Core Skills and Competencies:

• Good Product/Service Knowledge in Fund Accounting / Fund Administration / Custody Operations in Asia Pacific including the core markets of Singapore & Hong Kong & Taiwan.
• Project management and analytical thinking
• Effective policies and procedures control – with a concern for quality
• Proven interpersonal, communication, project management and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Team player, ability to build consensus and to motivate others.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships within the business unit and across sites eg- Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, China
• Display a strong understanding of the corporate workings of a global service provider.
• Excellent PC Skills, proficient in Power Point, word, excel.
• Flowcharting Visio software and Microsoft Project skills highly regarded

Experience and qualifications:

• 5 yearsplusworking experience in Custody / Fund Accounting / Fund Administration
• Proficiency in spoken and written English with Cantonese and / or Mandarin skills preferred.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Financial Services or IT
