Nakama have partnered with a global consultancy, who specializes in digital solutions for financial services organizations, in their search for a Business Consultant.

The Role:

The Strategy & Research, Senior Manager is a strategic consultative and advisory role with knowledge that will help define customer centric strategies in order to meet our clients objectives. The role will also be expected to work closely with the Managing Director in defining and embedding best practice standards and processes.

The Strategy & Research, Senior Manager will Define appropriate user centred approaches, working with members of a multi- disciplinary team, to address our client’s problems with the ability to identify appropriate activities that can translate to a plan.The role will require strong stakeholder management, vendor management with proven experience managing senior stakeholders within a project/program realm. Additionally the role will also be expected to work closely with our other global offices as the need arises.

Main responsibilities will be but not limited to:

• Client management, stakeholders and technology partners
• Business development, working close with the client engagement team on new business proposals
• Process definition, define deliverables for large engagements
• Requirement gathering.
• Team management

Key Requirements:

• Ability to work with cross functional teams, onshore and offshore
• Strong consulting and analytical skills
• Experience working within in a digital agency or digital consultancy
• Working knowledge of web and mobile technologies
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese would be beneficial.
