Nakama have partnered with a Global Management Consultancy in their search a Agile Project Manager to join their growing Hong Kong team. They are well established consultancy in Hong Kong and due to their massive growth throughout the region they have an urgent need to grow their team in 2017.

The successful Agile Project Manager will have management consultancy experience or general industries knowledge. As the Agile Project Manager role will be client facing, strong communication skills and exposure to C-Level management will be highly beneficial.

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to;

• Build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including Business Owners, IT, Marketing, Legal and Project Managers.
• Engage with the main stakeholder throughout the product development and engage with them during the sprints.
• Manage at any one time one large or more complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of outputs. This includes the planning, governance and reporting for projects under responsibility.
• Develop a good level of understanding of the appropriate business systems of the Group.

Key Requirements;

• Solid project management, certified Project Management Professional and Agile SCRUM highly beneficial
• Experience working in relevant market and context, such as proven track record of delivery across programs and projects using agile management methodologies, in a complex, multinational corporate environment.
• Commercial acumen and good risk management and mitigation skills.
• Effective communication skills in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be a great advantage.
