You will be responsible to:

• Take part in the functional consulting services provided to end-users
• Analyse customers' needs and requirements
• Quantify, negotiate and manage the resources required to implement the solution
• Help with the configuration of the software
• Follow and test the development
• Present the solution to the customer for validation
• Provide coaching to the users
• Deliver generic functional training sessions (approximatively one week every 3 months)

You will need the following skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT Management or Computer Sciences
• Between 2 and 3 years of experience (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Excellent communicator and negotiator
• Have an affinity with the IT world, understand what an ERP is 
• Good knowledge in accounting
• Ready to work in a young and dynamic company
• A quick and autonomous learner
• Able to work in fast paced environment, hands on attitude
• Approachable, honest and fun team player
• Very good English is required, ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
