Job description and responsibilities

• To assist the manager to perform helpdesk services to the client (starting from Banking and Finance)

• To assist the manager to perform the bank IT desktop Tier-1 & Tier-2 support services to the client
• To place tickets from voice/email/whatsapp
• To place mainly BAU, Video Conference, Password unlock tickets
• To place project tickets mainly for relocation, new hardware and/or software installation
• To place standby tickets mainly for Power Suspension, BCP, Revamp

• To assist the manager to perform the bank IT devices (ATM, CCTV, Printers...) Tier-1 support services to the client

• To assist the manager to monitor the daily helpdesk operation by Helpdesk (CRM) System, VoIP System and Web reports

• To assist site engineers (might act as a secondment in bank but TBC) to perform on-site support when needed

• To fully utilize and update the Helpdesk, VoIP and CMS system, specially on FAQ, Inventory, Contact, Organization, Reports

Job requirements

• At least 3 years IT helpdesk and user support experience

• Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline is preferable but not a must

• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Eager to join a small and yet exciting and great potential developing company

• Command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Immediate available is preferable

• Monthly 10 hours OT is expected (but not guaranteed)

• Salary range from HK$13K – over HK$17K per month (depends on ability, please provide past salary and expected salary reference) Less experience or qualification will be considered for a junior position

• IPO (or similar, subject to employment contract) attractive bonus share for key performance staff
