• Design and implement a number of new systems for internal use
• Gather user requirements and work closely with non-technical users
• Iterate and make changes based on user feedback

• Hands-on coding experience with Java and Javascript
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 of the following technologies: Bootstrap, Spring, Apache Wicket, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, Ubuntu Linux
• Experienced in gathering user requirements and translate them into implementations
• Understand the software development cycle: development, building, testing, source control, continuous integration
• Worked on any document management system (preferable)
• Worked on any Business Process Management engine(s) such as jBPM or Activiti (preferable)
• Team player
• Dependable
• Eager to learn new technologies and systems and take on new tasks
