Responsibilities:

-  Provide IT support to users

-  Liaise with users, teams and vendors to resolve problems

-  Perform basic system and network troubleshooting

-  Assist the operation and support of various systems/applications

Requirements: 

-  Diploma or above in technology or related discipline

-  1 year relevant working experience in IT Helpdesk

-  Basic PC / server / network knowledge is preferred

-  Self-motivated and be a good team player

-  Good interpersonal and communication skills
