Job Duties:

• 1. Assist end-users in resolving computer hardware, software and application problems with the following operating systems: Windows XP, 7, 8.

  2. Experience with Office Suite 2003-2013 in both installation and Support.

  3. Install and configure new PC systems using Ghost, including software configuration for network access and software application installation and configuration.

  4. Repair and troubleshoot PC related hardware, software, and network issues.

  5. Build software images for laptops and desktops.

  6. Printer/fax end user support and device maintenance.

  7. WebEx, AV and Video Conferencing(Avaya Scopia)support for meetings.

  8. End user training manual preparation and training delivery.

  9. Security incident handling on end user device and anti-virus software operation.

  10. Daily server room equipment and infrastructure healthy check.

   

Job Requirements:

1. Cert. Holder of Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related discipline
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in network and system support
3. 2-4 years of working experience in IT helpdesk or user support related area.
4. Be proficient in Microsoft Office -Word, Excel, Outlook.
5. Basic working knowledge of VMware, File and Print services, Active Directory, DHCP, TCP/IP
6. Server, network equipment (including firewall, router and switch) .
7. Must be customer focused.
8. Excellent Communications skills both verbally and written.
9. Can-do attitude, Results-oriented and analytical team player with good interpersonal.
10. Careful, Responsible, Quick learning, Initiative and Good work quality
11. Analytical, well organized with good documentation skill
12. Good management skill and reporting
13. Capable of working under pressure and willing to work extended hours
