Our client is a new Hong Kong based company that develops and sells eLearning modules on technical topics. The eLearning modules are sold on internet.

The IT Admin/PM will be positioned in Hong Kong and may have to travel in Asia.

Responsibilities:

- The IT Admin/PM will be responsible for the IT infrastructure of the company that is guarantee that the eLearning modules can be accessed and run by the trainees.

- He will work with the eLearning development team to make sure the software are free of bugs and optimized before being installed on the LMS platform.

- He will be in charge of uploading all software and parameters for every eLearning module.

- He will work with the platform providers in order to make sure the platforms are working as expected (security of information, performance of access…).

- He will be the focus point of our customer trainees for any IT issue that they may face.

Technical competences:

- Knowledge of internet management with specific input on security on internet

- Knowledge of IT as a generalist and able to specialize as needed

- Knowledge of eLearning business is an advantage

Soft competences:

- Must be willing to work with people of different nationalities and adapt to their different level of skills,

- Must speak and write English, Mandarin and Cantonese fluently.

- Must be focused on his work and objectives,

- Must be having a continuous improvement attitude when facing difficulties or complaints from customers,

- Must be rigorous in his work, calm and reliable,

- Must be able to work without direct supervision

Experience: at least 5 years
