Job Description
The Opportunity:
Lalamove is looking for a Web Developer to join our regional Growth & Marketing team. If you are passionate in making a difference and growing a business with your development skills, this is a job for you!
In this role, you will:
- build, track & optimize the entire user conversion funnel, from digital advertising to product adoption to interactions on web & mobile
- automate & scale digital & product marketing processes using multiple marketing tools
- drive product adoption and usage growth by building, testing and executing scalable growth programs
- run analytics to make data-driven decisions - test what works, optimize, and scale it

- You are eager to learn : you are curious about our users’ behaviors and our business, and willing to learn new tools to get things done
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years working experience with solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (JQuery or AngularJS)
- Working knowledge of MySQL
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or engineering
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a startup environment
- Ability to work and collaborate in a cross-functional team
Bonus Points:
- You have experience running A/B testing and working with testing data
- You are familiar with analytics tools like Google Analytics
- You have experience in tracking mobile app conversions from digital ads and working with performance marketing metrics (CPA, LTV & CAC)
