PRIMARY OBJECTIVE(S):  

• To work with Client Solution teams to provide project/field management and support for quantitative and qualitative projects undertaken on behalf of clients.
• The role is responsible for leading the execution and quality control of key elements of the project process, such as survey programs, data collection and the accuracy of data tables.
• The role is client facing and requires the incumbent to be an expert in all of the programs they will manage.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:    

Responsibilities include:

• Thoroughly review all project specifications with the Client Solutions team’s primary contact at the beginning of each project and have a complete understanding of the objectives and potential outcomes of each project
• Coordinate various internal team members within Client Solutions teams, Operations and Tech Solutions, as well as external vendors to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects
• Be a proactive trouble shooter and problem solver throughout the cycle of each project
• Conduct a thorough review of the questionnaires prior to programming and suggest improvements
• Test the programmed surveys to ensure they meet the specifications of the questionnaires provided by the Client Solutions team
• Manage the day-to-day execution of key elements of the research process related to survey scripts, data collection and tabulation
• Review and QC (quality control) tabulations and data file deliverables to ensure they meet the specifications identified in the banner and tab plans provided by the CCS Teams
• Contribute to the training of junior staff and training staff on newly created processes
• Monitor project budgets and provide guidance to Client Solutions managers to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget
• Advise Client Solutions teams on Project Management best practices and efficiencies
• Create documentation on process mapping to be used by the CSC, Operations and Tech Solutions teams in Asia Pacific

EXPERIENCE:
(Essential)    

• At least 4 years’ experience in a Project Management role
• A medium level understanding of statistics  
• High level proficiency in software across multiple platforms and formats, preferably including:
• Dimensions
• MS Suite
• SPSS
• An ability to check and manipulate data
• A sound knowledge of all data types
• An understanding of multiple data collection methodologies
• Experienced in working within a Market Research industry

QUALIFICATIONS:

(Essential)    

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional qualification.
