Responsibilities: 

• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications and meet business requirements
• Participate in technical and systems analysis, design, systems integration testing, implementation and support of software, using existing and emerging technology platforms
• Provide consultancy and technical advice to business users
• Perform analysis and make recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency
• Work closely with all members of the Information Systems team to ensure that processes, standards, guidelines and design specifications are documented and followed 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 6 years work experience in applications development or support
• Strong technical skills in Java programming
• Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
• High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
