My client from the professional services industry is seeking to hire an experienced Helpdesk Support to join their business. Report to the IT Manager, the ideal candidate will be working as a team to provide helpdesk and customer servicing support to internal end users from the local office.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical helpdesk support and troubleshooting to internal users based on their IT requests covering installation, configuration,  maintenance of  hardware (PC, notebook, ios / android mobile setup, video & audio conferencing setup) and network infrastructure (LAN/ WAN/ VoIP)
• Work closely with the team in the implementation of significant IT projects
• Manage and update of the ticket management system
• Conduct training to end users on the latest IT  technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an overseas university is highly preferred
• Native communication skills in English and Chinese is a must to work within the multinational environment
• At least 3 to 5 years helpdesk experience within the professional services industry
• Immediately available is highly preferred
