Responsibilities:

• Update incidents/requests for support from service desk, other IT teammates and/or users and then investigate the problems to provide appropriate actions
• Monitor application systems for which responsible by regular scrutiny of reports from the application systems
• Provide application configuration, maintenance and support service to existing business users
• Assist in managing user new change requests through collection and analysis of user’s requirements
• Assist in application development to investigate operational requirements and other processes/procedures as requested
• Ensure assigned IT systems are function and are implemented as planned by performing system acceptance test, deployment and configuration setup
• Enable end users’ competence on the targeted IT system by preparing training documents and conducting training course

Requirements:

• Degree in information system, Computer Science or related discipline
• Possess a minimum 2 years working experience with experience in customer experience applications (e.g. CRM – Loyalty Program, Campaign Management, O2O and ECom) and retail solution application support
• Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills, sensitive to business priorities, analytical and accountable
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity of exploring and flexibility
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese is essential, and Mandarin would be an advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy
• Experience in database design and usage of database such as MS SQL Server, etc.
• Experience and knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project management and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) would be an added benefit
• Proficient in MS office software applications in particularly Excel and Word
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Analyst
