Job Description:

• Accountable for working HRMS projects within project schedule, quality and cost constraints
• Providing HRMS support services including telephone support and occasionally on-site service to our clients
• Investigating, trouble-shooting and resolving clients’ reported issues
• Reporting HRMS product issues/defects to R&D 
• Analyzing customers’ requests and proposing standard solutions or custom enhancement by developing functional specifications
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

• Honesty, integrity and professionalism
• Handle multi-task jobs effectively

Requirement:

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering, HR related disciplines  
• A minimum of 1 years work experience 
• Knowledge in HRIS migration, deployment and implementation will be an advantage
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislations
• Fluent in speaking Cantonese, English, Mandarin 
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Must familiar with Database knowledge such as MSSQL
• Candidate with more experience will consider as Senior Support Consultant
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
