Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day system administration and technical support service
• Install, maintain and trouble-shooting on Office I.T hardwarde and software
• Assist in managing hardware & software inventory items
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues

 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical support role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
• Experience in e-commerce industry is highly preferred
• Able to work independently and effectively
• Willing to perform overnight shift (2100-0600) (Sat, Sun & public holiday shift will be subjected to rotation)
