Responsibilities:

• Oversee full spectrum of HR Strategy and Management (HK & PRC), including talent acquisition & retention, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, reward management, company policies and staff benefits, payroll administration, labour relations and disputes.
• Liaise with other business units to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives and policies.
• Provide professional HR advice to other business units.
• Responsible for manpower budget and cost control.
• Hiring of Management level staff.
• Oversee full spectrum of Office Administration duties.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• 8 years relevant working experience in logistics industry with 6 years in managerial position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong in leadership and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; written English and Chinese.
