Job Description

Job responsibilities

  1. Identify potential market opportunities for products to support growth of profit.
  2. Assist product development, design and positioning.
  3. Develop and implement strategic brand/marketing plans.
  4. Develop the annual print schedule to ensure the annual suite of marketing publications are produced with minimal duplication and maximum cost effectiveness.
  5. Evaluate potential new suppliers, to extend the current list of preferred suppliers in the areas of creative, graphic design, merchandising, print and digital.
  6. Copywriting, edit and produce printed corporate marketing material, such as website, product brochure, POPs, POSM.
  7. Assist with the development of long-term relationships with external customers and key corporate accounts, liaise with buyers and obtain sales data for analysis.
  8. Handle enquiries & familiar with CRM.
  9. Plan, execute, monitor and evaluate various marketing programs including materials development, vendor management and merchandising activities to drive brand growth with control budget.
  10. Manipulate routine product management responsibilities including A&P management, planning and budgeting, etc.
  11. Monitor sales performance, competitor moves and market trend on a regular basis with timely report for management review.
  12. Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to drive brand growth.

 

Requirement

  1. A degree, or equivalent, ideally in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience in a similar or related role(s).
  2. Relevant experience in category management, particularly health supplement, Chinese medicine, health product & OTC.
  3. Experience in preparing briefs and managing third party suppliers.
  4. Experience of working in a customer focused sector, chain store & general trade management, HKBPE & food expo etc
  5. Appreciation of legal and regulatory frameworks, such as UMAO, TDO
  6. Excellent time management skills and the ability multi-task.
  7. Ability to form effective working relationships with faculty and operational colleagues.
  8. Strong administrative and organization skills and great attention to detail.
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  10. Good IT skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
