Our client is one of the most reputable entertainment business with strong presence internationally. Due to continuous expansion and improvement, they are now looking for a Project Manager to assist with their HRIS system implementation.

Job scope:

Ensure committed initiatives are delivered, as defined with the business, on time, within scope, on budget with a focus on quality. You will help to ensure business requirements are valid, understand and interpret appropriately for solution and technical developments. Able to delivery of the portfolio roadmap agreed with relevant business stakeholders. Manage interdependencies/integration areas by working with different teams/ vendors, including business stakeholders and country-specific vendors. Anticipate and identifies issues and risks related to a given initiative/ project, and proposes feasible solutions/ mitigation steps where necessary. Propose solutions to address these risks, issues, interdependencies and provide timely update on projects status. Contribute to day-to-day support, HR system design and process development

To Qualify:

• Degree in business or human resources related disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in HRIS system implantation
• Knowledge in HRIS system, preferably from IPL or SAP
• Advanced skills in Excel handling data
• Speak Chinese and fluent in English
• Independent and very sensitive to number
