Job Descriptions :

• Ÿ Identify, explore new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase business’s  revenue.
• Ÿ Liaise with various strategic business partners to develop and establish cooperation      network and agreements.
• Ÿ Analyze and evaluate business operations.  Plan and formulate marketing and business  development strategies to drive business growth.
• Ÿ Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for related functions of clinic operations  to manage and train clinic staff to build effective internal and external business  relationships.
• Ÿ Lead various teams in achieving company’s goal and target to ensure staff performance  and deliverables will meet the deadline and expectation.
• Ÿ Drive process review and re-engineer for continuous improvement in operational        efficiency and service quality.
• Ÿ Manage budget, revenue, profit margins and set up pricing strategy.
• Ÿ Work closely with Directors on all business and company strategies.

Job Requirements :

• Ÿ   Bachelor degree or above with over 10 years of solid management experience preferably    in the medical and healthcare industry.
• Ÿ   Experience in dealing with principal partners is an advantage.
• Ÿ   Excellent leadership and management skills with proactive working attitude.
• Ÿ   Good analytical mind with a high degree of self-motivation and integrity.
• Ÿ   Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
• Ÿ   Excellent command of English and Chinese.
• Ÿ   Proficient in computer skills.
