- Responsible for general administrative and account duties such as AR, AP and GL
- Book keeping, handle vendor invoices, prepare vouchers and maintain financial records for company
- Provide secretarial and administrative support including data entry, filing, computer and equipment maintenance
- Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- 5 working days, working hours: 9:30am – 7pm
Requirements
- Accounting Diploma (or equivalent) with LCCI Level II or above
- Positive attitude, independent, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, good IT knowledge is an advantage
- Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- At least 1 year working experience in Accounting
