Responsibility:

• Coordinate with different departments to monitor the progress of Company key projects
• Manage environmental auditing with suppliers
• Coordinate with Supplier and Customer for maintaining effective CSR management in procurement activities
• Support and handle Information Security Management activities
• Monitor procurement related contracts between Company and Customers/Suppliers
• Provide administrative support including internal office supplies control
• Assist Department Head to prepare reports for Top Management

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Administration
• At least 5 years relevant working experience or procurement operation experience
• Strong communication skill and negotiation skill
• Mature with ability to handle multi-task independently, able to work under pressure and deadline driven
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Fluent in Japanese (Japanese Proficiency Test Level 1) is required
• Immediate available is an advantage
