The Job

The appointee will be responsible for handling day to day ticket reservations from internet, facsimiles or other channels; liaising with tour agencies and groups; answering customer inquiries; and other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

The Requirements

• F.5 standard or above;
• At least 1 year working experience;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, well organised and attentive to details;
• Shift duty is required.
