Responsibilities:

• Maintain and review compliance policies, procedures & practices to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and group policies
• Provide compliance advice and support on AML compliance to all business and operation units
• Liaise with SFC for all compliance issues (i.e. licensing, reporting, company inspection, etc.)
• Draft and review contracts, agreements and related materials in regards to asset management, financial credit and securities
• Provide advisory support to business operation units on compliance issues with business and strategic sense
• Conduct CPT trainings to internal staff
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Law, Business, Finance or related disciplines with minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in regulated activities Type 1, 2, 4, 5, 9
• Profound knowledge of SFC regulations, SFO and HKEx regulations
• Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
