Responsibilities :

• Handle tenants enquiries and resolve complaints in maintaining good relationships with the tenants
• Prepare daily incident and car park reports and correspondences to facilitate daily operation
• Coordinate repairing works, arrange quotations and tendering process as well as to follow up the service agreements and certificates renewal, etc.
• Monitor the performance of service contractors, vendors and suppliers

Requirements :

• Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
• At least 3 years working experience in the Property Management or Hotel sector
• Customer oriented with good interpersonal skill and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing

 Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer.
