Our Client is a leading Property Developer based in Hong Kong with a large portfolio of commercial and residential projects. Due to planned project development, they are looking for a team player to join to join their project team.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for planning and management of commercial development projects or A&A projects.
• Monitor the execution of new development and asset enhancement works and to ensure the projects are completed within budget, set time and fulfilled with specification and government regulations.
• Work individually and coordinate with various internal and external parties.

Requirements

• Degree in Surveyor or Architecture;
• Client or Developer side experience is a an advantage;
• Minimum 6 years’ of post qualification experience with some experience in project management of commercial developments or A&A works
• Strong commercial awareness
