• Luxury Residential Properties in Sales and Leasing cover all districts.
• Prepare property information
• Update database
• Property viewing
• Lease and/or Price negotiation 
• Contract negotiation and review legal documentation
• Support sale and marketing activities
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor / Management

We seek for exceptional individuals to help undergoing the rapid growth of Hong Kong Homes. If you are:

• Holder of EAA License
• Relevant work experience in Residential Property of Real Estate Agency or at least one year’s working experience in property field.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese. Extra language is an advantage
• Excellent in communication and negotiation skills                                                                 

Basic salary plus attractive commission, medical insurance, bank holiday and alternativeSaturday off will be offered to right candidates.
